Got Support? If you have any technical challenges with your child’s device, please email [email protected]. Should your child’s device need to be repaired, a technician will schedule a time for you to drop off the device and get a replacement until your child’s has been repaired. Should the damage be determined negligent, you will be responsible for the repair cost. Please encourage your child to take extra care of the devices we have given out. As our elementary kiddos learn when carrying a Chromebook: "Hug it like ya love it!" 😊
