Main/Counseling Office Expectations 2020-2021

• Parents/Visitors, any meetings with the Administration and the Counseling Office must be by appointment only.  Please call the office to set up an appointment for administration or send an email to the appropriate person.

• If it is an emergency, all meetings will take place in room 141.  

• Most meetings will be attempted to be held in a virtual format.

• All visitors to the building will need to show their ID at the door.

• All visitors will be required to have their temperature taken and asked a series of health questions if they are entering the building.  Any visitors with a temperature or exhibiting symptoms of COVID will not be allowed in the building. 

• Masks for students, parents, and staff are required in the office and throughout the building.  This includes all athletic events, concerts, and performances.  All outside activities will also require face masks regardless of social distancing.  

• If parents need to bring supplies, food, etc. to students, the supplies will be left in a bin outside the building. Then the supplies will be picked up by someone from the office and delivered to the student.

• If you are needing to pick up your student, please call the office and we will get the student.  The office will fill out the paperwork for check outs.  Your student still needs to check out through the office before leaving the building.
