Valley Online Learning Center

Welcome to the Valley Online Learning Center

Program Information

*** This program is not the "remote learning" option presented to students and families that would like a fully remote learning environment due to COVID-19 safe keeping measures.  Students in the Valley Online Learning Center are still required to attend school with their cohort groups but are given a more flexible timeframe to work on their assignments.

The Valley Online Learning Center is a new and exciting opportunity for students at Valley High School.  This unique opportunity has been approved by the Colorado Department of Education as a Single District Program and will offer students grades 9-12 a flexible approach to their learning.  As a blended learning program students will engage in a mix of rigorous online learning and face-to-face instruction with a highly qualified teacher.  With online classes available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week students will have the flexibility to complete school each day at the time and place of their choice.

Students enrolled in the Valley Online Learning Center have the benefit of still taking elective courses and concurrent enrollment classes like traditional students.  Students are also encouraged to participate in clubs, athletics, and other activities that the school offers.  Students will graduate with a diploma from Valley High School after completing the same graduation requirements as their peers at Valley High School.
