Per the Board of Education, all parents/guardians must annually review and sign off on important policies and procedures, provide updated contact information, and verify critical information about their children. For the 2020-2021 school year, ALL parents/guardians will complete this check-in process using the online Parent Portal. Specifically, parents/guardians seeking to enroll their children in the district’s Remote Learning Program MUST indicate this choice when completing the online check-in process in Parent Portal. Similarly, parents/guardians who wish to have their children utilize district-provided transportation (bussing) MUST indicate this choice when completing the online check-in process in Parent Portal.
This process will open on Monday, August 3, 2020. Visit the district website, hover over the “PARENTS” tab, select “Parent Portal (Infinite Campus)”. If you do not know your Parent Portal login, contact any Weld RE-1 school for assistance.
Parents/guardians wanting to utilize the Remote Learning Program MUST complete this process by the end of day Wednesday, August 5, 2020.
Parents who want to reserve transportation must complete this process by end of day Friday, August 7, 2020.
